The Chiefs are the four seed.
Just when the Chiefs' day looked like it was about to get better with the Titans on the Colts side of the field with the football and a minute and a half left, Tennessee fumbled and it was recovered by the Colts. Manning then completed a couple of passes and they were in field goal range which they then proceeded to make with three seconds left in the game.
This officially drops Kansas City down to the four seed and the Colts jump to the three spot. The Chiefs will play the Ravens in Kansas City next week while the Colts will play the Jets, the team that the Chiefs wanted to play.
You can't blame the Colts or the Titans; the Chiefs had a chance to lock up the three seed but blew it today against Oakland. I will have a match-up report later in the week between the Chiefs and Ravens.
